We both played really well... no huge glaring mistakes...One thing I do notice is that I reaquired lost ground as routine whereas Bentway gave it up as lost. My constant attacks forced him to sacrifice his Fighterbomber assassins that possibly could have taken me down. Great game. My all time favorite.
Actually, there were huge mistakes on both sides. You made less mistakes, but bentway was hell bent on building one thing at all times especially in T2, the T2 figher/bomber, and then sending them piecemeal at you. Here are the mistakes:(During T1 and transition to T2) Not sweeping combat areas up for metal, not sending in engineers to rebuild mexes, little usage of combined forces, not scouting enough. (In T2). Bentway crashed his T2 economy early on by not building T2 powerplants. You were floating way too many resources, not using them effectively. You didnt launch your missiles from the silo until you had 10/10 in the silo. It seems both of you know to an acceptable degree how to play T1 but dont master transition into T2 or playing T2 well.
The mistakes were many but dont be discouraged, you are on your way to get much better!
