I got mainly ashigarus with some shinobi while my opponent went with the Lbs. I attacked him and saw he had LB, retreated and got naginitas. He got muskets and killed off my army. I lose. Please tell me what i could of done better. Thanks.
Despite everything, it looks like it was settled more by a spot of bad micro at the end than anything else.
Rather than trying to bash Brits early, Japs have another way to keep pace with Brit eco that I hadn't thought of before - 7 vill card twice. It's not a card than I have ever looked at as any civ, at any time - but it seems it might help you here, 14 out of 75 vills can hardly be a bad thing!
