Hi! I've had a bad streak this morning (1 victory, 3 losses )
Two major losses were to Eldar (played the same gut twice) where he won by map control and actually pwned me with WS, so I couldn't retake points. I've played badly and I'd like to improve, so all possible degrees of criticism are appreciated and welcome!
Playing with csm instead of raptors on such a huge map against eldar is almost suicide. And then you even didn't get heavy bolters, or you've got them too late on T2. Why did you spend so much req on T2? You should have teched earlier to T3. I would just built predators against eldar if he plays with cow shees, else they are worthless.
And why did you run away with 2 csm squads + sorcerer + berzerkers + horrors when he only had 2 ws and a falcon? Horrors attack falcon, csm attack ws in rc, sorcerer attacks one ws squad in cc and berzerkers the other. He jumped two times to you, so use chains on one ws squad and it is dead.
All in all you could have won if you spend your req in the right units and upgrades. The eldar player wasn't good, he just massed ws and didn't spend his req for anything else.

As for right spending - I seem to get worse when being under pressure. Those Rangers and Warp Spiders were a problem for me, coz kept me running around and time was ticking. So I was kinda split between thinking how to get those CP's uncapped and beating down his troops.
But I'll play more aggresively next time, thx again for the advice
Yes FoF is really annoying. That's why you shouldn't invest too much req and time in killing those rangers, most of the time you won't get them anyways.
I'll see if I can play some games against eldar players the next time, maybe I get one or two good replays. Or maybe I have some older replays.
