Here we go again...my war vs. the Necs has certainly been a costly one. But I'm sure any IG player could tell you that .
You know? It always feels like I can win these if it wasn't for just one thing going wrong. That one thing now really bugged me this time .
This time i'm slightly more mindful of those LP2, but they are still not completely avoidable. Wasn't as costly this time tho. I kept my army at the point i stole from him and built on that. Went T2 as quickly as i could and got Commie and Priest while getting Plasmas. They could hold their own even and once i got a Chim into the mix, I figured I was in business.
Turns out that's not entirely so, as i'm sending them to a Crit. to stop the Necs on a Take n' Hold victory...my damn troops won't go in the Chim afterwards! With the Crons approaching no less.
I knew about how that can happen sometimes and why, and it wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the micro issue was there so i'm doing a lot at once . Even if the Chim had been destroyed, my soldiers would have stood a MUCH better chance of living if I got them going.
Make it to Tier 3, but without the rest of my army, that's really irrellevant...I also make the stupid mistake of letting them get my Tactica while I have no CS, no Psykers and he's using the Veil of Darkness XD. Ah well gg
BTW, out of the four i posted today, i would REALLY appreciate a review for this one (or at least some good advice). I know this is a very hard MU for IGs anyways...but it takes a lot more than that to stray my determination .
