You cant be serious.
From the screenshot we can only assume that he called you a cheater. Not a word about DC.
While in here http://www.gamereplays.org/community/index...howtopic=544146 even "gg noob" and immediate DC screen are not enough for conviction.

I dont see even a single word remotely close to "disconnect".
My guess it says "you guys are a cheating team", which doesnt seem to be enough for conviction.
