What do you all think about the Florence Nightingale card? (the one that enables manors to heal nearby units) Is it usable in any deck, and if so, what sort of deck, and around what time during the game would you send it? Thanks for your input
I cant say iv really used it yet. In what situations have you used it ? I can imagine it being useful later on, but the thing is iv usually manor boomed by about 8-9 minutes so there would be no manors to push forward late game.
It would be useful if you have limited troops, but for a british that would only be if you are being heavily raided or if you dont manage well your eco, but as i suppose, it wouldnt be really useful for a brit
I've never actually used the card... i was envisioning a colonial boom/defense with a manor wall, improved buildings and Florence nightingale with lbows behind wall and a few pikes for anticav.... i have not tried this out at all, what do you think about it?
yeah i tried it out a little and it seems to be totally useless... or at least highly situational... it doesnt heal fast enough to be of any use while you are fighting, adn its jsut not really worth the card imo. so sorry for the useless thread in which i discredit my own theory, if anyone else finds it good, please post
Prly use it in a FI or something, instead of sending fort send 10 LB, upgrade them and wack em behind your healing manor wall, might work i donoo, i would rather have the fort tho.
well, if you are planning on some sort of strat that involves a forward, why not build your manors at your forward so you have a place to fall back to? Also it is of an advnatage to you if they destroy your manors.
