Hello to all Clanwars/GR.org patrons. We (www.clanwars.cc)are currently undergoing a DDOS attack from a group of disgruntled players from one of the Halo leagues. The Staff is looking at a variety of options to defend against this malicious act, however no clear resolution has been reached. Simply "moving" to a new host is problematic due to our databases demands. As you may recall some months back we also suffered through a similar attack, and after spending hundreds of hours with 4 different police and government agencies we were able to finally get back online.

In summary we hope to have the Clanwars ladder up as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.

But, wow Halo? I never liked the game AT ALL, in fact I very much dislike it, I remember all my friends went ape shit of the first release. But people hacking? Lol.. just sad.

cw.cc is down pretty regularly for short periods of time though, can't always blame that on attacks

BTW if someone wants to put this on the RotWK 2.02 portal as well that'd be super.

DDoS stands for Distributed Denial of Service. It's when a cloud of infected computers floods another computer (in this case, the CW.cc server) with data and causes it to crash.
