I take this as evidence that the allied faction have way too much power against the Empire. It is just unfair that we can play all game long with so many refineries trying so hard to pump out units that are just ineffective against Allies players.
Us Empire players have never had good anti-air naval units. Sea wings are way too expensive and take far too long to surface and damage air units, making them useless against vindicators. Sea wings in general are just useless against the allied faction because they have very low armour and never last very long while they are in the air and it is very difficult to get them out of harms way and to the safety of the sea before they are shot up, and even once they are out at sea it takes them too long to dive back under the sea and they are often shot down in this process.
Although, a way he could have countered these vindicator refinery killers would have been to plant more defender base defences out on the water. He certainly had the funds to do so. I feel that Empire base defences are very underused and their versatility of movement isn't taken advantage of often enough.

as to if allies are op, i dont believe in that.. it just looks like that cuz i was just feeding his air for heroic, but if i would have been played smarter i would have win easily due to 7 ref.. allies are not op, espically on cabana, maybe on ii they are

Even if his Airforce had a 50% handicap, you still would have lost. Why on earth do you think that Tengus (No matter how many) can win versus 10 Apollos AND IFV's in the back?
Your last move with your Tengus (dropping his MCV) should have come 15 mins earlier, maybe on his Fax to remove the Fax, a PP, a Reff and an AF. Your beginning was okay. You put him to that Cliff and defended the water reffs. You basically won there already.
However, with your "awesome" lazymove, you threw the game totally. Empire has strong units. At some point, Tengus are utterly bad. You know that point now. 5 Striker, 5 Tengus in the Air, Tsunamies and Infantrie would have made you win 15 mins earlier.
Tenguspam is okay vs. IFV's when there is no AF. You should have stopped it when you saw it.
A last note: Use attackmove and think before you move your Tengus. I'm sure you lost 10 - 15 Tengus for beeing too greedy and fly into IFV's (WHICH WERE SCOURTED ANYWAY).
