the start was fun to watch, but then it slowed WAY down. Got bored for a while, then the close ending happened. Why does no one donate one tech every once in a while to own some workers? surly if dackel did this from the start, UK would not have had a palace up so fast for the major mob spam.

If im not mistaken dackel tried that but karro countered it nicely. GLA mirrors on ZH are about making 3 techs at start trying to harass and counter his harassment with techs and after that gaining more map control and spamming quads to overrun the enemy and if that fails to build a palace and the fight for the middle starts with mass eco-ing being the main goal
The fast scudstorm is really dackel-like btw I remember that from 4 years ago. ^^
well thinking about it, you zh players spend a TON of money on BMs so early in the game instead of making very large forces and attacking. Might explain why gvg is so slow here. I mean if you think about it, if player A is using most money on BMs, while player B is using his money on massing uints, player A would be steam rolled given some good micro. Afer all, middle has a great amount of money, so once a player has middle, all money should be spent on units so you dont lose that very important middle economy. Though, im a ccg player... so what do i know? Plus with cash bounty, that would be enough to keep your spam up if you are attacking none stop and killing his stuff constantly.
Demo ambush > cash bounty. So do toxin ambush and GPS scramble.
Also Palace play is far better on ZH than on CCG, if you try fast Palace on CCG you lose to dual AD Scorpions since Buggies don't deal enough damage until you get 6 or more of them with Buggy Ammo which takes a long time. ZH has Buses which can turn the tide against Scorpspam much quicker, not to mention Demo Bikes in Demo mirror.
Gotta agree on the middle spam part. Going dual wf asap can often give you the win fast in gla mirrors. Taken you micro well and exploit the little advantage you gained at the start
