-Marnie- (Vanilla China) vs Radnik (Toxin) on [RANK] TD NoBugsNoCars ZH v1.
China's Air Power was putted to the test against the Trenched-Upped GLA.
Comments for -Marnie-:
- Good usage of your General's Abilities, denying all of the attempts of reconstructing the palace. Therefore, keeping the GLA player on a back-foot.
- Nicely timed MiG & Dragon combination, which opened up a path for you to sneak in and kill the most valuable buildings, such as Palace and CC, inside his base parameter.
- Good usage of Lotus near the end.
- Overall: Great job at keeping your enemy on Tier1, not allowing him to build a single buggie or bus. Even the ones that were managed to be made, got destroyed by the MiG Power.
Comments on Radnik:
- Good attempt at cutting down his oil, by doing a TT on it, early on. Although, it could've been used in denying of his WFs.
- You should not have placed your palace, right in the center of the middle. If it was further, and deeper, inside your base, it would've surely survived long enough till you get the needed T3 units, like b0ggies and buses.
- Despite having a good amount of cash, by controlling the right portion of the middle, you didn't when dual AD. That could have worked out, considering that MiGs aren't exactly powerful enough to stop the hordes of quads on its own.
- Coming back to the palace; You didn't get the Gamma, while you were able to. Taking it would've greatly boosted the damage of both your tunnels and Stingers, which, later on, would have stopped the dragons much easier.
- Going Marauders, against China, isn't a shabby move to pull off, and mixing it up with Scorpion Spam, by giving those a Rocket up beforehand, would have been a nice counter the countless outposts he has send you.
- Overall: You did well in pushing him back, but after a while, the MiG attacks, plus a dragon, that sneaked and burned down most of your stuff, killed the last hope of making a comeback.
In Conclusion; This was a very swift match that kept me interested the whole time. I liked the usage of MiGs very much, and if it wasn't for them I don't even know what could've made such actively going game. Rating of
6/10 is granted!
As a side note: The previous comment to this, mentioned a nice alternative for Migs - which are Inferno Cannons. They are much reliable, and can deal about a similar damage to that of a MiG strike, when there's 4-5 of them. Getting a few ovies to protect those babies is just enough to have brute force, with which you can push about anything T1 GLA has.
didn't rewatch it but was fun to play.
