micro needs some work. frontal damage is always +100% damage except for air to ground.
On the turret you should have used your crawler's capture weight to capture the turret by parking under it instead of letting your units being hit by it. Start was a bit sloppy but that was probably due to play with random players and no real plan on where to go.
