For the third game, several times I requested another map but they started the game anyway. I didn't expect them to do the countdown when they did so I didn't respond in time. I just wanted to make a comment that I thought that was unfair since the rules say if you lost the previous game you get to choose the next map. We didn't get to choose the next map.

The rules say: "Round 4: Ice Station Omega then losers choice from pool".

We didn't get the choice. I guess I should have been watching for them to start the game prematurely and kicked out at the countdown. They just reused the same map they just beat us on and which catered to their preference for defense.

Oh well, live and learn.

Lobber choose BnS for the final match, we really did not want to play that map again as it was probably the 5th time we played it that day.

Either way it was probably the best cnc4 game I have played so far and your team played extremely well all 3 games.

Parture, put a lid on it, you were the ONLY teammate who didn't help out with our plan and if you asked the other team, it was the bottom that gave them the hardest fight...you for the most part were just VP feeding them losing 4 crawlers and many units. I don't need to hear it from you to blame us for our defeat when you clearly look at the video and see...YOU WERE THE ONLY ONE acting alone and getting owned. I accept the defeat, however i refuse to acknowledge as a good teammate, as you refuse to work as a team so put a lid on it.

QUOTE

"For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them" (2 Pet. 2.21).

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish, and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper, and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord, when I lay my vengeance upon thee.." (Ezekiel 25:17)

I really enjoyed the finals as a whole. You guys were definitely the toughest opponents I've faced so far.

Parture will you just shut up already? You held 1 node that is somewhat hard to contest for the opposing team and is of little strategic value. That strategy that Lobber is suggesting may have worked, although I've never seen anything like it used before, so you should really get off his case about that. And yeah, that was all an act complaining about Blood and Sand. You guys had already chosen it and would have no reason to change if we didn't suggest we play a different map, so I don't really see what purpose pretending to complain about it really served. Blood and Sand isn't a bad map, but it was around during the beta, is common during custom matches and we had already played it that round as well as all of the previous rounds of the tournament. Fucking boring to play one map all the time.

Also this game was really close score wise but that could've been easily avoided. We had a very solid lead when we hit 2000 or so points, but some questionable unit selection (TibMistake building Archangels and Kodiaks versus the massive Basilisk spam for one example) was the only thing that made it that close.

Also, nice job on contesting the early tib drops.
