Yeah, I can run CCG on highest with 1680x1050. When I started the downloaded version the MW3 logo came up then the screen went black and an error came across which I couldn't see though. So I don't know if the version isn't working itself or if it's my comp. I guess my problem is RAM though.
I've got the following specs:
Pentium quad core, 2 GB Ram, Nvidia 9300GE 256MB Ram (which stupidly takes like 1 GB Ram away when it comes to use), 320 GB HD, 5.1 Realteck Sound.
I've bought this comp only because of design. It's one of those small Acers which can stand on the desk without taking away much space.
That should definitely run the game, make sure you have steam running before you launch the game, just as a troubleshooting measure. Also turn off Steam in-game and don't run Xfire (if you have it). if that doesn't work then check for updated GFX drivers.
If you still have trouble, don't worry, we have a lively bunch of PC geeks in the clan (myself included ) so we'll get you running.
BF3 bored me after 1 day already. I've always been one of those CoD fanboys. The last games I managed it to get a positive kill/death ratio which was very nice after some starting days of 0,3 - 0,5.
I can't run steam, Jack. It's not a legal version... Anyway, I deleted it already since it wasn't working at all. I will try to borrow the game somewhere and check if it works.
I don't know. Actually I have fun on PS3. The TS is kinda weird though and I hate Team Deathmatches alone. I got only you and another mate playing it actively so I'm stuck with free for all.
