I keep wishing the same and decide I'm going to start going to the gym and stuff. After about 5 mins of thinking like this I think fuck it, I like being chubby, and begin to eat.
I don't even do that. I don't really want to go deep into personal issues here on GR but I struggle to maintain a proper eating pattern/diet. Sometimes I eat a lot and others I eat nothing. I sometimes go 2-3 days without eating. I feel very bad at times as I do not get full nutrition and don't exercise much at all. The trouble is that I do not have the motivation to go to the gym and I honestly don't know why I'm am how I am with food.
