Clown with the capital C. This time unleashed has a deeper meaning behind what he says. It's not just an ordinary "clown" which is what most people would think he was reffering to, but a Clown. This can be a name, surname, a place or basically anything. I believe this word play is his special tactic to confuse people, making them think he's trying to be offensive, when in fact he's actually not. And to be honest, taking it as an attempt to be offensive, is rude towards anyone whose job is a comic entertainer; also known as a clown.
