The Century bomber is the Allied heavy bomber. Much like the Soviet Kirov, this unit can deliver a deadly string of bombs that can destroy several targets if they are lined up. If you want to destroy a building you can micro it with the stop button so it drops one bomb at a time and you will get all the bombs directly on the target.
The Century Bomber can also transport units which makes it versatile. It can transport up to five infantry anywhere on the map. When you deploy them, they are exposed to flak fire so you have to make sure your opponent does not have any anti-air in the vicinity.
