yes, I already reported this bug months ago ... I had an "awesome" game in 1.06 vs. Maistral on InfIsle where I first got owned in the usual basecrawl vs basecrawl since my tesla decided to bug out and do nothing, but then he lost since part of his navy ended up getting stuck on my shore ...
maybe EA wants to make games more exciting with these bugs ...
