At first you should check his stats if you caled him like that.. he has 80% of wins so it is not like "kicking kids" .he just could play a litle bit better.
You sow his one bad game and you assume that he is non skiled. Sometimes i am haveing bad games too, because for example i am sleepy, drunked, i have bad day or.. bad week:) but guys who know my play never said to me that i am noob etc
