Asba got annoyed because I was using towers so he dc'd. I asked him to report the game but he said I should do it. Won't bother playing him again, hate people who dc and don't report games they should be banned tbh

This seems plausible to me, considering what I saw in the replay.
And you're right, for Dodgewars 1.0 we should write up some rules. E.g. if you get ARed an x amount of times succesfully, you're banned for one or more months.
