To win versus mordor you need good pikes and good archers late game , fire arrows needed but if you go fire arrows no drogoth during a time :Q and no map control either because mordor gor better basic troops , basicaly its fall back a bit to do upgrades , but if you dont do upgrades youre fucked , you need quality and quantity once you got the map control , hf !
