I even knew he was doing it because his score was 50 points behind but without radar I couldn't target his bombers. Very nasty strat. Definitely has the potential to define the new meta-game.
i dont understand how u can tell build orders from the score.... seems a little out there
I read it in another thread. Basically, air factories take 10 seconds longer to build so your score goes up slower. If he starts with an air factory and I start with a land factory then the score will show that he is around 50 points behind. Since I know that FunkOff is no noob I know that he's not just messed up his BO and he is almost certainly building an air factory.
I watched this game again. I didn't realise how long I took to start building AA Not sure it would've made much difference.

Anyway, bombers ARE great. I like to use them as a killing blow. Usually after 10 minutes of bitter warfare, I try to get 5 engineers + my comm on an air factory to spam bombers like a madman, then I swoop in and blow up his defense/base.
