This is an awesome FFA on Four Leaf Clover. It took way more time than I thought, but it was worth playing.

Names:

DjebelTarik = TAG_Rock_
HH = _-Hells_Reaper-_
Sifnoc = 60F_Sifnoc
PW = Plasma_Wolf

Awesome I've never seen a t4 nuke used in a real game. (no NR, no inf res, not survival etc.)

oh and damn that was allot of ML and Megaliths used.

Wubbed for epicness. I just love the psychological element of this game - creating a tough defensive barrier and controlling all space except a small corridor between the two Cybran players creates an impenetrable impression. Also to take into account is that either Cybran felt they couldn't go for PW without getting immediately assaulted by the other. Remember kids, not fighting can save you time and mass!

It was my bad, I didnt want to break the games balance because I could have taken down plasma quite early in my first attack but I decided not to post-13661-1143531603.gif

But well played to all players. Was insanely long

Awesome game. Yeah Plasma was just kind of sitting back relaxing while he inched his way forward with the T2 arty, HH and ROCK were pounding each other though and distracted each other long enough for Plasma's uber nuke to finish. I kind of figured though that HH and ROCK didn't think Plasma was a threat and if they attacked him would have been countered by the other. It paid off in the end for Plasma, the Yolona depleted HH's nuke defense before he could react.

Good job Plasma. :-)

Well, the nice thing was that I was being forced in that position a bit.
Sinfoc turtled up, with T3 PD, so I would need the full effort of defending against a possible PD creep, or a couple of percivals.

My arty managed to keep him there, while rock and HH were beating each other. As soon as I destroyed sinfocs defence post, Rock finished him, but I decided to stay in low, wait until either rock or HH was dead, and then strike with everything I had.

It was nice to see that I could 'say' what whould happen in the battle, although 50% of my artillery wouldn't be able to fire more than once or twice at MLs/Liths walking as close to the upper cliff as possible.
Also nice was that they would be able to kill my base, but just didn't because they knew they'd die because of the other.

I built the Ylona because I hit the unit limit, no more units allowed = no more mass to spend = build a game ender biggrin.gif

Your defence would have been hard top break as you had sniper bots, too.
Well, cause of games like this I always scout "the noob" in FFA's, too... most people with a brain don't sit there forever building defence only... well a lot do that.

Sifnoc's defence looked awesome, but he somehow missed the fact that he was playing FA and not sim city. He built T3 PD, but as far away from your base as possible. You wouldn't have had a chance if he ever bothered to PD creep you... guess he needed his T3 engineer to build the Fat Boy (alone).

The player with the lowest score, and more important, the one you see and feel the least about is actually the most dangerous one: you don't know what he has without proper scouting (which is why you scout him).

I forgot about my own sniper bots btw. Until I started nuking HH.
Sinfoc's PD creeping was the thing I was most afraid of, so I started building as much arty as possible (still not much, but it might just be enough). The arty didn't kill much though, they only managed to break a couple of shields, but only one or two generators actually died (I needed to do some better scouting and micro there).

Rock said something about the fatboy in chat (we chatted so much that some of us wondered whether we played FFA or phantom). Then I decided it was time to do an attack that would at least kill Sinfoc's defence. The T2 bots took the first fire round of the T3 PD, and IIRC also the second. That could've been even more I think, with a bit better micro.
The Ythotas also could've done more damage with better mirco, but on that point it didn't matter anymore: Rock killed sinfoc with a ML.

After that, I thought I wouldn't play any role in the game any more, so I built an Ahwassa for kicks & fun, in the hope it would do some damage on crash. The only thing that it did was bombing an ASF frusty.gif

Awsome as everyone has said. Just wanted to mention the T3 artillery used by Tank-Rock. For all I've heard about its uselessness, it looked pretty damned awsome for as long as it lasted, so much so, that it was the instigator of the series of events that decided the game. At the end there with everyone dug in and nuke shielded, looked a pretty good option to go for.. Crazy game eitherway.
