Company of Heroes

Bah, this is embarrasing.

Okay, so I need suggestions.

Yesterday, I foolishly clicked the "Remember password" button instead of the "Log in" button. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem .. except for two major issues.

I can't remember my password.
I can't find my CoH manual with the cd-key to reset my password.

Matter of fact, all I -can- find is my CoH DVD, which has gained a pretty fine layer of dust.

So, I can't log in to RO, and I can't play games.

What should I do?

You can try sending Buggo a mail, [email protected]

Otherwise, isn't there a "I forgot my password" option that will send you an email with the password in it?

yeah but you need your cd-key to get it send to you.

I had the same problems. THQ germany was kind enough to send me another copy after i send them my original game with the cds.
Maybe they can help...

Start Menu > Run 'regedit' (pwned by Evotech)

But be VERY careful accidently deleting stuff in there can mean you trash your machine ENTIRELY.

EDIT: Evotechs edit made me need to edit.

Well thanks. On a sidenote, this also clued me into a virus that my AVG missed because I couldn't get regedit to open at first.

So, double kudos.

After the game came out, my brother was looking for his registration password to install the game on his second computer, so I told him to post about it on the relic forums (GR was unknown to me). Well, he's not too computer savvy and posted that he was trying to "download" the game on his 2nd computer, some stupid admin thought he was a pirate (if you looked at the whole post you'd figure out what he was trying to say, though), and banned him. I hopped on my account and sent a message to the admin, asking, "why did you ban my brother's account," but I was also banned.

It's been almost a year, if anyone can get my login name unbanned that'd be great (VincentVega).
