Yay I lose all my replays and get to download 7Gigs of CoH again! And the still OP 'Roo and UP PE come free with the pack!

My steam copy of ToV won't patch, it'll start then stop and i'll have to start over, I havnt been able to play all day...

SO.... 6 months, and we get 2 fixes, one of which the average gamer doesnt really care about, and the other for a mode thats rarely played. Great. Just what we've always wanted.

happened to me a few times i just left my comp alone for abit and it did it np.

Steam is amazing for all my other games. But combine my favorite developer, favorite 'publisher', and toss in Relic's amazingly inconsistent patching and you get one hell of a headache.

Hey guys can someone please help me. I could not install the new patch...tried everything...so I decided to reinstall the game but i keep getting this stupid runtime error. I tried about 10 times installing it and always the same thing (at different stages of download though). The furthest i got was 84%

What kind of error do you get? During the patch installation? Using steam or retail?

We need more info.

I get the error during the game installation, not the patch. It's a visual c++ runtime error or sth like that.......

There is a fix for that some where on the coh section of the Steam forums.

An error occured while creating the file blah blah blah...the media containing the orginial file may be corrupt or unreadable (error code 10358)

I am installing the retail version of the game, not through steam.........

Steam patched ages ago, game won't launch though.
