Well I read that people want to see more 3v3 posted so here is one. I teamed up with fellow elder CaptainofEdoras and also was joined by Slangetje from WISE.
This was a game were me and Lennon80 had a bit of a personal thing to settle since we in previous games have had a bit of a disagrement on things (well me beating him and he getting pissed calling me noob etc)
I think he really really wanted to kick my ass Anyway this game turned out to be a 2v2 and a 1v1 in the same game. The right teams, slangetje and the top right guy fought it out. They whined abit that the topright guy was to noob, but in all honesty,he had to be very good to have made any differens vs slangtje. And even if he was noob, our little 2v2 there they lost, and when they did, there was no comming back for them. They cant blame there 3ed player for that
But the 2 rohans put hard pressure on me early game and at one point I was abit worried. Though with some very nice teamwork with Captain we could survive, hold out and then push forward.
This was the first time I played with Slangetje and our communication wasent 100%. I forgot my DT and troll that helped him out, and he never noticed it either, so they stood stil at one point.
Anyway, this is a not to long game, with action from start and some really nice battles. In the end I think we managed to turn it due to better use of our LD, and also our units. They stood to still at times.
I think we would have taken them even if they would have had a better 3ed partner since he would have had to be very very good to make any real differens.
Dont need full review, some tips is ok and a comment on how the game could have turned out with a better top right player?
Enjoy

Overview
An entertaining game which seemed to be in two half’s, with double rohan fighting it out with mordor and Gondor on the left while on the right Gondor and Rohan fought it out. There were some nice battles and lots off good team work especially from the Wise elder team. Unfortunatly the game was let down by a weak Gondor, which never had a chance in this game, but never the less a gg. Well played.

You all had a good start, doing some nice creeping, and good strategy, allowing the mordor to get an extra mill. Gondor should try and work on his creeping a little with pippin, but that was only minor. I though that throughout the game the mordor Gondor partnership was very good, even when you both looked up against it at times you pulled through, may have been useful for Gondor to get a battalion of towerguards just to help against the GC rohirrim. Down the right hand side I think that you should have taken the Gondor out much sooner. Rohan cash floated quite a lot, should have got ups early and it would have been a easy win since Gondor had no ups, or leadership. Over all a good partnership and as soon as Gondor had been taken out it was clear that you were going to win. Well played guys.
Royal|prince / Rohan, Lennon80 / Rohan and Kanawcra / Gondor
Your team was really up against it having a weak 3rd party and because of this you really need to communicate, tell them what you want them to be doing. Gondor didn’t get his outside farms, and got farms instead of blacksmiths in base, even when he was going for soldier archers so he had no chance against rohan with ups and leadership. The two rohans worked well together, a nice combination of poemen and rohirrim, also getting GC. You should try and prioritise what you are attacking, and don’t be afraid of attacking the base. Always take out catapults if you can, and try to get the troll cage and siege works down, could have done this, but were too intent on trampling his soldier archer combos. As soon as the Gondor had been destroyed it was gg for you, since you had to retreat to try and defend since were being attacked on two sides now, and had lost much of your army and heroes battling the Gondor and mordor. Good play by you two rohans, and the game could have been very different with a more experienced 3rd team member.

Well the game is not that long tbh. But its really funny from the start and its a really interesting battle that takes place right outside my Mordor base.
Me and captains Gondor vs 2 Rohan who both have Aragorn, one with combos one with horses etc. It looked like GG there but its a really nice comeback
Slangetje: Yea us elders really like to type long stories
By the way, amazing game tonightaswell. After you lost connection we were in trouble. We could not use eye and not buy WK. We were pushed back and it looked over. But we managed to pump out units thnx to my super eco, and broke them down. Monken got Ara to lvl 10 and when we finished there last treeb and GTW they all dropped
It was freaking hard to keep track on two camps, all the units that I had to build and also manage them in battle. I also fought on both left and right side so my head was like
gg guys this was a fun watch and could have had a higher rating but unfortuantly the weak gondor let it down. If you want my honest oppinion i think that the game could have been much closer if they had a better player, but unfortunatly an AI computer would have given Slangetje more trouble than the Gondor . But never the less some very nice team work and good use of your leadership advantage. Well played
I true that I had no prob at all with the gondor guy. It allowed me to relax and build up to full strenght. Should I have been more aggresive to take some of the pressure off of my teamm88?
Its of course true that a better player would have made it closer. Still Slangetje would have keept a good player bussy over there and so the outcome at our 2v2 would still have not been affected by that.
Them pulling back would have been the case anyway since we broke them down and started to move up towards there outpost.
And if a 3ed better player would have joined in with them, so would Slangetje so in the end I think the fact that me and Captain broke down the two Rohan is enough to see that we would have won even with a better 3ed player for them
Still you never know
I was happy with my WK micro tbh, but not even a little comment on that just kidding

I think that the problem was just that, you had no problems therfore could relax, where as against a better player i think you yourself would have also played better sometimes you need a challange to up your own game, so i think that you could have been more aggresive, but never the less you did play well

I compleatly agree that Slangetje would have kept a better player busy, but it was the small things, like he could use his heal on your troops, that kind of stuff which set you appart, A better gondor would probable have got his heroes with the rohan army attacking you, getting there leadership, which was (as i think you mentioned in a post above) one of the things that your team worked much better.
And yes your WK micro was good however you should have kept him down at your base, you didn't need to send him up to the gondor base to help attack since it was an easy win . However when you did bring him back he suported your troops well retreating on low health and keeping him out of harms way, but close enough to give leaderhip
