Could’ve healed trolls inside his castle by eating an orc Should be more aggressive with Witch King as an attacking unit when he had no archers Didn’t kill Gandalf after the first siege, he had very low health.

Comments: One thing that’s always been strange about Grenness’s replays is that upon loading them it says “game version may be different, do you want to continue?” It seemed funny that for the first half of the game the 2 players seemed to be using different versions themselves, Mordor with 1.03 and Gondor stuck with 1.02 – only without the laming!
Gondor’s start was extremely poor with no advantage taken of Mordor’s weak starting power. Gondor’s creeping also turned out to be quite slow, I would’ve left the one knight left from the top warg lair finish it off in wedge to get level 2 so it could regnerate. Mordor was able to get MC with haradrim and trolls and knights alone with Fara simply weren’t up to the task. After Fara you desperately needed archers, but went for forged blades and heavy armour for knights instead. Knights, whether FU or not, are simply no counter to trolls which what 1.03 is all about.
It wasn’t long before Mordor was banging on Gondor’s gate, as it happened Gondor survived this first ordeal but this is where I feel Mordor made it’s biggest mistake in the match. Gandalf survived several troll beatings with just a morsel of health and no heal/well left, but strangely this went unnoticed and he lived to fight another day. A single swoop from the WK and the game would’ve been over within 5 mins, as there was nothing else left bar towers to defend his base. Maybe Grenness is so used to keeping WK at the back away from any archers but in this game he could’ve had an even bigger role to play, unless knights are now able to do damage to him!
For the future I’d recommend that Mordor pays slightly more attention to enemy heroes and when best to attack them (e.g. after powers). As for Gondor, I’d recommend he reads the changelogs. And again. And again…

1. haradrim is early game units!! they die to horses with shields pretty easy 2. orcs?? they give me pp imo 3. good point but its damned difficult to eat orcs sometimes 4. wk is for ld most of the time 5. i know

So do orcs, and at least level 2 hara will cripple the horses more or be garrisoned in an outpost to cause even more damage

Yes, but they gave him PP too and PP is far more crucial to him than it is to you. He may not have had GTW if you hadn't of done this, whereas you would easily get darkness.

Most of the time, yes. But he had no archers and only a couple of normal towers, no threat to the WK IMO.

EDIT - He used EW so he could crush my harad
