I may be a little late, but that comment is simply retarded.

Confessor's increase your DPS by at least 35, if not 40-50%
They increase your rate of fire, you fire rockets faster; you kill units faster.



Tiberium Infusion only makes your infantry walk faster.

I know, it's a shame the better upgrade is cheaper, tricking n00bs into not getting it.
