I wanted it to launch for July at least, so it was a bit rushed perhaps. I'll make sure that the August one goes up in time, just need to think up a theme (the hardest part, really).

Hi - great. I can imagine that coming up with themes is a challenge, good themes drive a project like this after all! Let me know if you want some additional input, I might have a few ideas -- or would you prefer that suggestions be posted here?

Lol thanks. If the medals are gone, what's it gonna be replaced with? What would be the motivating factor for staff to continue performing, apart from holding staff positions
