german dub studios are just good. and i think its quite a different thing with other languages . i feel like german and english are not too far apart , so people can make actual voices/sentances look as real as possible. thats maybe a different thing with slavic languages etc.
Dude, i've seen a lot of german television at the big tv channels, and the dubbing just sucks, maybe you don't realise it since you're used to it, but it just sucks big time
The best thing to do is just to watch it in the original language, no dub, no sub!

Yea that's true but here they only dub animated movies for kids. And I think the same thing as Tim, you're just used to dubbed movies. As I said it just seems unnatural to me, but that's just my opinion.
Man i know that its bad at some . and yes ofc im used to it , and it doesnt bother me , i dont watch too much tv anyways . however once again , i feel like the big series/movies are just fine , if you say oh look at that moment it was out of sync , then you are just looking for something to critisize. However , one point oyu said tim , casting for their voice , i agree with that. How i met your mother for example , i switched to english so i can go on wtachting the latest episodes , and i like that idd better.
I just came back from Cloud Atlas, and I went to see it without knowing anything about it (saw no trailer, saw no ads, no reviews) and I'm actually not sure what I should say
The film is at parts amazing with dialogues and a score that are absolutely superb, and yet i'm still trying to figure out what's it all about. The film is just both so easy and at the mean time it says so much about our modern world, and our ideas and culture, I think I won't be able to say anything useful about it until I watch it again a few times first ^^
