While Maxwell might make accusations in other games, in *this recording* only his teammate "Show your level" made an accusation. Maxwell had nearly three times his teammate's score so I don't think any conclusions can be drawn about his skill level being deficient from this match.

He accused me the moment my hidden ketten spotted the dual snipers and the ATHT shot them down near their +10 fuel. As to explain why Ketten was there, I capped with infantry to bait his sniper and used the ketten in cloaked right at the entrance to spot for any upcoming unit specially snipers so the ATHT could show fast response. He brought his snipers UNCLOAKED I killed one then he cloaked the other one but the ketten revealed it as it was super close and killed the other one with ATHT as well.

You are correct. I was specifically referencing the YouTube video. You highlighted that so I was under the impression watching it alone would suffice. Have gone back and watched the replay.
Few moves are more satisfying than counter-sniping with PE ATHT using Luft ket reveal assistance.
