I had to watch this 3 times to see just where all the US players manpower and resourses were going!
Sure on the one hand it's a classic KT arrives and US has no AT guns but despite having almost all the map almost all the game GI spent a fortune just filling up his 4 rifle squads.
Ok, somebody has to criticise this game, so I'll do it. These things made me wonder:
a) Wehr player never cutting off the US stratpoint to the entire east map? b) US player having about 700 munies at the end and wondering why he didn't win?? c) No AT guns vs. terror??? Pretty optimistic
Nice piospam, well attended while laying mines and other stuff. Keeping a non-flamed pio in the pio-"blob" means that the rest of the pios take 10% extra damage. Is it worth it, since non-upgraded pios on the run do just about no damage?
Nice game overall - just had to make some negative comments since noone else did
I thought the wehr player did a poor job utilizing MG's mid to late game, especially after getting Vet. 3. Interesting turtle build, obviously he won but I guess I don't have much appreciation for the patience it takes to get your butt whooped most of the game in resources.
I agree with some of the comments that airborne or calliopes would have won the game for the American. I am very surprised this was a replay of the week.
No snipers for the American against a Wehrmacht turtling with no fuel really makes this replay not worth a wub.
not quite sure how u still manage to get the game while fighting off the edge of ur base the whole match, and not having any of the resource points. crazy use of pios, i need to learn how to use them.
