I don't know what else the US player could of done. He wiped a lot of the wehr units early on. But still the wehr managed the win. Going t4 which he did still done little if anything because hellcats miss all the time. Maybe stay with t3 and snipers?
US had ability to unlock calliopes at 44:30 with a 265-110 VP lead. Calliopes were unlocked at 46:40 with a 265-77 VP lead. A few barrages might well have thinned out the volks, paks, and snipers. Perhaps even damaged some of the pumas enough to allow rifles to finish them off. Seems like that would have been a better approach than brute force attack with an unsupported Pershing. There were enough VP tickets remaining. Calliopes beat nebels every day of the week.

Do you recommend watching it? LuckyStilet playstyle is always torture for me to watch, it is way too campy and use of almost every broken unfair glitch/balance issues to maximum

How is this any less sophisticated than rifle spam that plays a prominent role in many matches? Having a mix of supporting AI and AT units in an overlapping defensive web sounds pretty smart to me. Especially if vet can be shared.
Like people who cry about stags for example rarley i have stag problems because especially as wh u are in front from start on. Its more easy to predict the brits tec as us tec. In 2v2 its a diffrent story about brits.
