The Allied Barracks structure is one of the only Allied production buildings that can not repair damaged units. The Barracks has a very similar design to the its counter parts in the Soviet and Empire of the Rising Sun factions.
The Placement of your barracks is very important in multiplayer. You always want to place your barracks as close to your opponent as possible, because most of the time your units will not be going back toward your base but forward toward the enemy.
