Harvogs, man. They absolutely destroy loyalists, even with crap micro like mine. Well fought game, though.

I would've gone for universal colossus if I hadn't thought he was going for megas and gone along the teleport path for my harvogs to counter.

cybran is op, i just play like a noob, i also didn't scout to see what was coming.

i think tanks are better vs loyalists than harvogs.. your harvogs were also teched with shields ect... the loyalists had no tech at all

They were owning the loyalists pretty hard even when both were not teched (except for that one time I ran a small blob of harvogs into a larger blob of loyalists - that didn't end well). The thing about harvogs vs tanks in this matchup is that A: harvogs can get AA which can shut down any Cybran air that isn't soul rippers or mass gunships, B: that they leave urchinows in easy unlocking distance, and (probably most importantly)C: your opponent can't just keep you bottled up in your base with loyalist raiding parties while expanding everywhere and preparing a brackman blob to murder your tank blob when you finally blob them up. Harvogs can easily push back loyalist pressure and keep the Cybran player contained, forcing him into just a couple easy to counter options (nanogun or megas, pretty much). Harvogs also have the added bonus of being really good at dodging brackman shots.

Trust me, I don't even have good micro and I can pull this build off against just about any Cybran. Neph, when he was doing it, could literally beat any Cybran player 99% of the time because he could micro it properly.

all good points.. however, reason is like the grass of the fields... it fades away in the wind.
