I havent had this problem before but i just rewatched the replay and its not what happen at all...is that what you mean by desync?
Yes that's what I was referring to. I think it was caused by people trying to bypass the "wait for other players" screen to put down their early build order before the game starts. This cause some early build orders to not get recorded in the replay and the whole replay desync from the real game at the start.

The sad part is GPG could 'fix' this by making your initial engineers and ACU unselectable for the first 0.1 seconds of the match (This is a 'bug' I fixed in SupCom2013Mod).
