This replay shows one way to counter the ACU tech rush. The UEF version is by far the worst to face imo, since its ACU has extremely powerfull upgrades early on like the damage bonus, range bonus and tac missile upgrade. Range + tac missiles made me realize i was not going to keep my base (i had a bad start), so i decided to go for plan B. Whats plan B? See for yourself
P.S. This guy is rank 7 on the ladder with over 150 wins, so he definately knew how to play.

I know the leaderboard is not much. I just included it to indicate that its not a noob game. Lets hope a proper ladder gets implemented soon and keep this thread for discussing the replay.
Well done on the defense strategy. I think the ACU tech strategy works best against those psychologically unprepared to lose their starting base. Your flexibility and mobility certainly made the difference.

I believe that match would have ended much sooner had Gundam done a few things differently, it's not really a counter to ACU teching more so a poor execution of it.

why thank u for the comment shmew, i found it the hardest oppenent for the acu rush is ppl that got the ability to out run a commander
lol funny how some people are overly critical on comments! like the sun shines out there ass or something! I thought it was a good game, and shows that ACU rushing is not always a easy win!
