The Reaper is one of two new infantry units in the Terran arsenal. The Reaper is a speedy infantry unit, which wields two pistols and can use the jet pack on it’s back to traverse cliffs, suggesting that they would be good harassing units. You can train the Reaper from the Barracks with an attached Tech Lab after a Merc Compound has been constructed.
The Reaper has various abilities; firstly the Reaper is another unit, which can use the Stimpack ability to give an increase in speed and damage. Secondly, the ability unique to the Reaper is the “D-8 Charge”, this is an ability where the Reaper throws D-8 charges at a selected area and after a period of time they will explode causing damage to units and buildings in the targeted area.
