Act of Aggression provides a multitude of useful hotkeys. But first, each player has to master them. That's why we made a small list. The shortcuts for each unit and building can be found in the construction menu right next each unit / building / upgrade. Heads up for all the Act of War veterans out there! The hotkeys in Act of Aggression are almost the same as in Act of War.
General Building Commands
- RIGHT CLICK (mouse) = Set rally point
- L = Sell / Dismantle building
General Construction Unit Commands
- X = Open Defcon 3 / Battlefield construction menu
- C = Open Revealed / Defcon 2 construction menu
- V = Open Defcon 1 construction menu
- BACKSPACE = Return to previous construction menu
Battlefield Shortcuts
- CTRL + LEFT CLICK or DOUBLE LEFT CLICK on a unit = Select all units on screen of same type
- SHIFT + LEFT CLICK = Add / remove a unit in the selection
- CTRL + NUMBER (0-9) = Assign selection to a numbered group
- NUMBER (0-9) = Select numbered group
- SHIFT + give order = Sequence actions and orders
- TAB = Jump through selected units
- C = Capture enemy units
Other Shortcuts
- ARROW KEYS or WSAD = Move camera in that direction
- LEFT CLICK on minimap = Move camera to that position
- SCROLL MOUSE WHEEL = Zoom camera in/out
- CTRL + RIGHT/LEFT ARROWS or CLICK MOUSE WHEEL + MOVE MOUSE = Orbit camera
- SPACEBAR = Move camera to the most recent event (new order, enemy attack warning, etc.)
- ^ = Satellite view
The following list of hotkeys can be rebound via the in-game options:
- F5 = Custom flare
- F4 = Help flare
- F3 = Defend flare
- F2 = Attack flare
- B = Smoke at position
- U = Unload
- Q = Attack
- T = Fire at position
- H = NA
- E = Stop
